APPOINTMENTS:

After booking an appointment with Eliz Moreno by this website, the client also accepts the following conditions for the appointment:

Cancellation and Refunds: Any appointment that needs to be cancelled must be made via email and received no less than 72 hours prior to the appointment. It will be subject to a full refund, only if the notification was received in that advance.

Upon cancelling an appointment any potential further booking is at the discretion of Eliz Moreno.

Rescheduling: Any appointment that needs to be rescheduled must be made via email and received no less than 72 hours prior to the appointment. It will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient day and time.

Rescheduling in advance will allow the deposit to be carried over to the new appointment, whose will have the same terms and conditions for cancelling.

Punctuality: Late attendance for a session may not guarantee a full one.

Requirement: Once the first hypnotherapy is booked, the client will be requested to complete a questionnaire. Should this not be completed within the specified time frame, the appointment may be cancelled by the hypnotherapist.

Guarantee: It would be irresponsible to provide a guarantee for clients, as there is no treatment, medication, or procedure that has a 100% success rate. In case the hypnotherapy is not what the client expected, we do not offer a refund.

Eliz Moreno will use reasonable care, skill and knowledge in providing a top-notch service, but results may vary from person to person as every client’s experience is unique.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@elizmoreno.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and __________, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
