90 Minutes Hypnotherapy – Online Session (Package Of 3)
Description
– These are full sessions (most hypnotherapists’ sessions are only 60 minutes long)
– If this is your first hypnotherapy: please book the consultation session first, as it is required
– Here you can book the first session of your package, the rest of the sessions will be booked directly with your hypnotherapist
In every session:
– I will ask a few questions related to the reason for your consultation
– Your experience will start. You should follow my voice, some emotions, sensations and/or memories that come to you, just let them flow
What you need for this session:
– A comfortable chair, ideally with the back of your head against it, for a more comfortable position
– The camera of your device should be pointing at your face and chest
– Please ensure that you have sufficient battery on the device you are using for the session, we suggest connecting your charger before starting
And the same requirements as the initial consultation:
– Having stable internet connection (for video call)
– Installing Google Meet (if you connect from your mobile)
– Being in a place where you can express yourself
– The link for the video call will be provided by email before your session
